Bluffton offers three distinct cohort programs to help working adults complete a bachelor's degree

  • ACCOUNTING
  • Bluffton's accounting degree-completion program seeks to increase career pathways for working adults who already hold an associate degree in accounting. Students will bring up to three years of course credit from any accredited colege and complete their bachelor's degree in one year through Bluffton.
  • • Blended course delivery with traditional and online components
           - Three Saturday seminars on campus
           - Weekly synchronous online sessions
    • Degree completion in  one year

  • ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT
  • Complete your bachelor's degree in organizational management through Bluffton's one-night-a-week program that is focused on transferable skills for a variety of organizations. Students experience a better understanding of their organization, recognized growth within their current role and are well-prepared for leadership opportunities.
    •Traditional face-to-face classroom delivery
           - One night a week on campus  
    • Blended course delivery with traditional and online components

           - Three Saturday seminars on campus
           - Weekly synchronous online sessions
    • Degree-completion in four semesters
      
  • RN to BSN
  • Bluffton's RN to BSN program is an accredited, degree-completion program designed to fit the needs of working adults who possess a nursing license but not a bachelor of science in nursing. Flexible scheduling allows students to begin in spring, summer or fall.
    • Traditional classroom delivery, one day a week on campus
    • Degree completion in as little as two years

    *RN to BSN offered only on Bluffton University’s Campus.

 

Students complete their program in cohorts of approximately 15 students. Our programs emphasize experiential learning in a cohort, rather than a traditional lecture style.
